You will receive your merchandise in 5-10 business days. Ink Detroit can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is backordered or delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via US Postal Service.
We will be glad to make an exchange only for any items that you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Ink Detroit within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition (including any protective shields, hangers and original packaging). Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges on returned items are non-refundable. Customer exchanges are subject to new shipping charges when exchanged item is re-shipped.
